总结：平均延迟来看的话，CN2线路其实比大陆优化差一点，按照去程评测来看，移动绕路英国伦敦，但是回程三网均走的是CN2线路。从评测结果来看，电信联通去程回程均走的CN2线路，不管是速度还是稳定性是比大陆优化线路好的，建议电信联通最好选择CN2线路，移动用户的话可以选择大陆优化方案。
